What package is right for me?

Every person’s needs are different. If you have a chronic condition or symptoms you have been managing for a long time, changes and results do take time.

I recommend a 3 month package as a minimum if you have an ongoing health condition to enable us to work together for enough time for you to see and feel results and for me to give you the right level of support.

Nutrition Packages (traditional model)

Six-week SPROUT package £190

If you are ready to invest a little time working towards your health goals, my six-week plan could be perfect. It will motivate you to kick-start a healthy diet and lifestyle regime.

It’s also ideal if you have digestive complaints, or need help to regain your energy levels with longer term support.

Your six-week package includes:

  • A 60-90 minute consultation – a discussion of your medical history and current symptoms.
  • Evaluation of any recent blood tests or other test results.
  • Current diet, lifestyle and medication analysis, including any contraindications
  • Delivery of your comprehensive nutritional plan with clear dietary, supplemental and lifestyle advice
  • Recipes and meal suggestions to accompany your plan
  • Potential laboratory test recommendations (lab fees not included)
  • 1 x 30-minute check in to assess your progress and evaluate your food diary.
  • 1 x 45-minute follow up consultation after six weeks.

Three-month GLOBE package £320

If you need a little longer to incorporate positive lifestyle and dietary habits into your daily routine, or a health complaint that has been present for a longer period of time, a more extensive package may be needed.

After three months, you will be ready to say goodbye to old habits and embrace new, healthful ones.

Your three-month package includes:

  • A 60-90 minute consultation – a discussion of your medical history and current symptoms.
  • Evaluation of any recent blood tests or other test results.
  • Current diet, lifestyle and medication analysis, including any contraindications
  • Delivery of your comprehensive nutritional plan with clear dietary, supplemental and lifestyle advice
  • Recipes and meal suggestions to accompany your plan

Six-month SAFFRON package £450

If you have a chronic illness or have lived with symptoms or discomfort for a long time, it may take a while longer for us to get to the root cause of your problems.

The regular follow ups and support over the course of six-months will help you stay on track and ensure you’re able to make long-term and sustainable changes.

This package is particularly suitable if you have a hormone imbalance, longer running digestive health disorder, or a chronic disease.

Your six-month package includes:

  • A 60-90 minute consultation – a discussion of your medical history and current symptoms.
  • Evaluation of any recent blood tests or other test results.
  • Current diet, lifestyle and medication analysis, including any contraindications

Pay As You Go

Initial consultation £120

An initial consultation is the first step into your health journey. This is where I’ll start to discover your health goals, medical history, lifestyle habits, day-to-day stresses, how well you can relax and sleep, and the foods you eat or don’t eat. If you have a complex health issue and need on-going support, you may find one of my packages would suit you better.

Before this session, I’ll ask you to complete a health questionnaire and a seven-day food diary so I can see how your body is working. This will help me pinpoint areas in your system that may be out of balance or under stress – and see what could be making you feel unwell.

Your initial consultation includes:

  • A 60-90 minute initial discovery consultation.
  • Your comprehensive nutritional plan (includes lifestyle / supplement recommendations).
  • Regular reviews of your 7-day food diary.
  • Recipe ideas specific to your protocol.
  • Access to the secure client portal.
  • Helpful information to take away.

Follow-up consultation £75

Around six weeks after your initial consultation, I advise a follow-up appointment. This is an opportunity to see how you’re doing and discuss any health complaints, or things you’re finding difficult. We can make changes if necessary and I’ll create a new nutritional plan to help you move forward with your health goals.

Your follow-up consultation includes:

  • A 45-minute follow-up consultation.
  • Your updated nutritional plan (includes lifestyle / supplement recommendations).
  • A review of your 7-day food diary.
  • Recipe ideas specific to your protocol.
  • Access to the secure client portal.
  • Helpful information to take away.

Plant-based / vegan essentials

I also run workshops and 1 to 1 sessions to support:

  • A transition to a vegan or plant-based diet.
  • Those wanting to incorporate more vegan or plant-based meals into their diet.
  • Anyone catering for a vegan or plant-based family member or raising a vegan child.
